The Thermal Thumber was designed by Maurice Briceland and published in Model Airplane News in 1941.
It has a wingspan of 48in span and woudl convert easily to modern R/C Assist. The Parts Set makes building easier and includes bulkheads, pylon parts, wing ribs, tail parts, wing mount, tip shapes for wing, tail and fin, plus sub-fin and dihedral braces. A full size facsimile of the plan is included.
The builder will need to supply stripwood to finish the basic airframe.
