The Sky Scout is the single place Pietenpol and was designed directly from Bernie Pietenpol's drawings that were featured in the 1933 Flying Manual. Reprints of this manual are available directly from the EAA . The plane is easily converted to electric power. There are general building notes on the plan. The wing features a scale airfoil and has a one piece wing. The plane is of conventional all wood construction.
