Massive parts set for the Jerry Bates designed Grumman F3F-2 biplane. Includes all shaped balsa and plywood parts, accurately cut from Jerrys' CAD files. Just add his plan and stripwood to start building straightaway without hours of tedious cutting. Specs: Scale 1/4, Span 96 inches upper wing, lower wing 88.5 inch span Length: 96 inches and AUW of 55lbs. Suits 110cc petrol engines. Notes from Jerry with comments specific to plans "These plans were developed from a complete set of Grumman factory drawings provided by Vince Juliano, a Grumman Historian. The plans are very detailed and include scale locations of ribs, formers, airfoils, offsets, and incidences. The plans are intended for the experienced builder. The engine installation shown of the plans is for the Moki 215/250 radial. Battery, radio-gear and main gear retract access are via removable scale access hatches.
